My name is James. I work in Banking Services here in Austin. I live at The Lofts at the Triangle right now and I absolutely love it! This is my story and my blog. Monday 6:00 am Up early for a workout, I think a run through Hyde Park will help start my day. It's so peaceful in the mornings and helps me clear my head before a hectic day at work. I can't wait to wrap up this week with my weekly Sports Massage at MYO Massage. I'll probably go to one of the café's downstairs to grab something to eat on my way out. Well got to run, I have dry cleaning to drop off before I head to the office. Wednesday 5:00 pm I just back for the office, boy was it crazy in there! I have a date tonight. I'm meeting her at Sago. It's got the best Blackberry Margarita's in town. It's so nice to have everything so conveniently local here since gas is so high and I really didn't have time to plan anything while I was at work. I'm glad to see Farmers market is still going on at the Triangle Park so we can sit out on the patio and enjoy some live music. Wish me good luck. Saturday 3pm Tonight I'm planning a get together at my Loft before we grab a taxi ride downtown to Cuba Libre. Specialty Wine and Liquor has a nice Chardonnay selection, I think I'll go grab some to keep us busy. Well talk to you later.
My name is Cathy. I work for a real estate finance company here in Austin and I live at The Triangle. This is my story and my blog. Tuesday 10:47 p.m. Just got home from the Saucer. I love that place. Met Jen, Kalilnda and Shauna to try the Belgium beer flight. You can order a cherry and raspberry beer, who knew? and all those people at the Saucer on a Tuesday night....well, it is the perfect relaxed outdoor spot. Still need to catch up on Top Chef, and it is already past my bedtime for a work night! More to come later... Wednesday 5:45 p.m. Got home in time to change into flip flops for my 4:30 appointment at Embellish. Patrick Swayze on the big screen makes my toenail drying time fly by! Strolled through the Farmer's Market on my way back to pick up a few things for when Eddie and his buddies come over tomorrow night. Hoping to squeeze in a quick workout downstairs before I indulge in one Z Best Margarita in town, maybe two - its truly to die for! Thursday 7:48 a.m. Can't talk long, I need to be at Galaxy Cafe to meet my boss for a breakfast meeting. Looking forward to hearing Big Daddy and the Mambos tonight in the Park with Eddie and his friends. By the way - Bocce ball is so fun. My girlfriends tried to convince me to hit up 6th street more often, but honestly this is more my scene. It's funny, I hardly ever do leave - I love living here. Ciao Thursday 11:02 p.m. OMG, ended up at Mandola's drinking Chianti with Jim. He is moving into one of the awesome three bedrooms town homes with his chocolate lab Buddy. Better schedule another Embellish appointment so I look fabulous each time I step outside! Seriously. |
